Zulu Hats South Africa-Yellow

African Zulu hats or ‘Isicholos’ in Zulu are traditionally worn by married Zulu women of South Africa during ceremonies. The framework of the hats are woven together using African weaving techniques. The frame is covered in fabric and an inner lining. An intricated array of embroidered trim-work is added to give the hats their significant Zulu look.
